Like all handmade ceramics, my pieces have natural variation and subtle imperfections. Most pieces are one of a kind but every once in a while, the item sent is not the exact item photographed. I’m happy to answer any questions you have about items before purchasing. Once purchased, I cannot issue refunds.

Items will be shipped within one week of the order date. You will receive a confirmation of shipping, including tracking information when it is dropped at the carrier, usually UPS. I work hard to make sure your item makes it to you safe and sound, sometimes using reused packaging materials. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within a week for a replacement or refund from the carrier. Contact me directly to inquire about shipping an item internationally. 

As a one woman shop, I am unable to accommodate returns or exchanges. For the same reason, I’m currently unable to handle commissions.
